Purpose: Find and cost materials reliably and efficiently

Steps​

  1. Identify Requirements - List all fabrics, trims, notions needed
  2. Check Inventory - See what we already have in stock
  3. Source New Materials - Contact preferred suppliers for quotes
  4. Document Options - Record 2-3 options per item with pricing
  5. Verify Availability - Confirm stock and lead times
  6. Create Spec Sheet - Complete material list with suppliers and SKUs
