Contributing to Reference Materials
Found a term that should be added? Policy that needs updating? Template that would help others?
Process:
- Ask in Slack #help channel if it already exists somewhere
- If new, suggest addition to your circle lead
- Circle lead routes to appropriate owner (CEO Staff for policies, your team lead for templates)
Quality standard: Reference materials should be:
- Accurate and current (reviewed at least annually)
- Accessible to new employees (no jargon without explanation)
- Actionable (not just definitions, but guidance on usage)
Maintenance
Review cadence:

- Policies: Annual review, updates as needed for compliance/changes
