Found a term that should be added? Policy that needs updating? Template that would help others?

Process:

  1. Ask in Slack #help channel if it already exists somewhere
  2. If new, suggest addition to your circle lead
  3. Circle lead routes to appropriate owner (CEO Staff for policies, your team lead for templates)

Quality standard: Reference materials should be:

  • Accurate and current (reviewed at least annually)
  • Accessible to new employees (no jargon without explanation)
  • Actionable (not just definitions, but guidance on usage)

Maintenance

Review cadence:
