Scope

  • B2B sales to production companies, theaters, costume designers
  • B2C sales for high-end custom pieces
  • Client relationship management throughout lifecycle
  • Order intake, tracking, and coordination with production
  • Pricing and contract negotiation

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Identify and qualify leads from theater, film, TV, events industries
  • Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling
  • Present portfolio and capabilities to potential clients
  • Manage proposal and contract processes

Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary client contact throughout engagement
  • Understand evolving client needs and production schedules
  • Proactive communication on order status and timelines
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Order Management

  • Intake and documentation of custom specifications
  • Coordinate with Fashion Design for feasibility and timelines
  • Pricing in collaboration with Finance and Operations
  • Order tracking from contract to delivery

  • Notion: Client database, order tracking, pipeline management
  • Slack: #sales channel for coordination
  • Google Drive: Proposal templates, contract storage
  • QuickBooks: Invoicing and payment tracking
