Scope
- B2B sales to production companies, theaters, costume designers
- B2C sales for high-end custom pieces
- Client relationship management throughout lifecycle
- Order intake, tracking, and coordination with production
- Pricing and contract negotiation
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Identify and qualify leads from theater, film, TV, events industries
- Conduct needs assessments and consultative selling
- Present portfolio and capabilities to potential clients
- Manage proposal and contract processes
Relationship Management
- Serve as primary client contact throughout engagement
- Understand evolving client needs and production schedules
- Proactive communication on order status and timelines
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Order Management
- Intake and documentation of custom specifications
- Coordinate with Fashion Design for feasibility and timelines
- Pricing in collaboration with Finance and Operations
- Order tracking from contract to delivery
Core Processes
- Client Onboarding (0.5 hours) - Intake and setup for new clients
- Order Management - End-to-end order lifecycle
Tools & Systems
- Notion: Client database, order tracking, pipeline management
- Slack: #sales channel for coordination
- Google Drive: Proposal templates, contract storage
- QuickBooks: Invoicing and payment tracking

- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Client acquisition cost (CAC)
- Average order value (AOV)
