Client Onboarding Steps

Sequential workflow for onboarding new clients into Kyndof systems and processes.

Step Sequence

1. Initial Contact

Duration: 10 minutes Owner: Account Manager

First interaction with new client. Gather basic information, set expectations, schedule needs assessment call.


2. Needs Assessment

Duration: 15 minutes Owner: Account Manager

Deep dive into client requirements, production schedules, budget constraints, and collaboration preferences.


3. Proposal Development

Duration: 10 minutes Owner: Account Manager

Create customized proposal based on needs assessment. Define scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables.


4. Contract Execution

Duration: 5 minutes Owner: Sales Director (approval), Account Manager (execution)

Finalize contract, obtain signatures, initiate first project, complete Notion profile.


Total Process Time

Target: 30-40 minutes (excluding client decision time between steps)

Handoff Points

  • After Step 4 → Handoff to Operations for production planning
  • After Step 4 → Handoff to Finance for invoicing setup
  • After Step 4 → Notify Fashion Design of incoming project requirements
